A separate and efficient Disaster Management Department should be formed in Delhi

JUDICIAL ENQUIRY SHOULD BE HELD INTO THE INCIDENT OF FIRE IN EUNUCH CONFERENCE AND HIGHER COMPENSATION PROVIDED–VIJENDER GUPTA 

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has termed the incident of tragic death of 12 eunuchs and injury to 50 persons in the incident of fire yesterday in a religious conference of eunuchs which started on the 15^th November in Nand Nagri area of Delhi as insensitivity and grave negligence of Delhi administration and has held Delhi Government fully responsible for it. He has demanded time bound enquiry by a retired Judge of High Court into the incident of fire and theft of gold worth crores of rupees besides negligence of the administration. BJP has demanded compensation for the theft of the ornaments of gold of the eunuch.

After visiting the place of incident, GTB hospital and mortuary, Shri Gupta told that followers of all the religion from all over the country were participating in the eunuch religious conference from       15^th November to 3^rd December. The eunuch society of India has organized this conference for social integrity, religious unity, harmony and goodwill. Delhi administration was aware of the fact that more than 5000 eunuchs and people of all religions will participate in this religious conference yet the administration continued to sleep. They did not try to know whether all the legal and administrative formalities have been completed or not?

The eunuchs told Shri Gupta at the place of incident and at the hospital that gold ornaments worth crores of rupees were stolen. The administration was not serious and injured persons were not sent to the hospital promptly. Due to this the number of deaths increased. Delhi Government has announced compensation of 2 lakhs rupees but it has not been distributed as yet. BJP is of the view that the amount of compensation is insufficient. It should be increased immediately because these eunuchs had come from outside Delhi and they have to return to their home districts. They do not want to run from pillar to post for compensation.

Shri Gupta told that Delhi Government talks about Disaster Management when some incident occurs but it forgets to fulfill its promise. People have not forgotten the incident of building collapse in Lalita Park and now this incident of fire happened in Nand Nagri of trans Yamuna area. He has raised a question to the Chief Minister that why full compensation has not been paid to the family members of the dead and injured persons in the Lalita Park building collapse whereas one year time has elapsed. BJP has demanded at the time of Lalita Park incident that it should form a separate and effective Disaster Management Department. At present this department is working as a unit under revenue department which lacks facilities.

BJP Pradesh President told that the seriously injured persons have been admitted to GTB hospital and LNJP hospital. Since the conditions of these injured persons are serious they should be shifted to burn department of Safdarjung hospital. The injured persons have become handicapped for whole life hence they should be provided financial assistance as handicapped persons. Delhi Government should answer to the people that what steps it is going to take to prevent repetition of such incident in future. 

Advani overwhelmed by the massive turnout in the Samapan Rally in Ramlila Maidan

JANCHETNA YATRA IS THE START OF A NEW MOVEMENT TO END CORRUPTION, PRICE SPIRAL FROM THE COUNTRY-LALKRISHNA ADVANI

Addressing massive turnout of people in the Samapan Rally of Janchetna Yatra organized by BJP Delhi Pradesh, Shri Lalkrishna Advani said that the Yatra of BJP against corruption has concluded today but the movement against corruption will continue till the countrymen are satisfied in this regard. He administered an oath to the people present on this occasion “Rishwat na lenge, na denge.” He also raised slogans with the people “Bhrastachar mitana hai, Kaladhan wapas lana hai, Bharat ko naya banana hai.” Shri Advani told that he has never seen such large public meeting in Ramlila Maidan in his 40 days yatra and 50 years of his political career. He heartily congratulated Pradesh BJP President Sh. Vijender Gupta and his colleagues for it. Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta presided over this programme today.  

Advaniji told that I am overwhelmed by the massive turnout in Delhi. I will remember whole life the unprecedented welcome accorded to him in the 30 kms route from Ghaziabad to border of Delhi and Ramlila Maidan. During four hours of the rally, the people continued to come in hoards at the end of the rally. The banners and flags of BJP could be seen everywhere in Delhi.

The leaders who were present in the dais of the Samapan Rally include National President Shri Nitin Gadkari, former National President Shri. M. Venkaiah Naidu, Shri Rajnath Singh, Smt. Sushma Swaraj, Sh. Arun Jaitley, NDA Convenor Sh. Sharad Yadav, Sh. Anant Kumar, Sh. Ravishankar Prasad, Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, Sh. Ramdas Atthavle and representatives of the constituents of NDA. A representative MP of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Ms. Jailalita specially came to participate in this rally. Pradesh General Secretary Ashish Sood conducted the programmme.

Shri Advani added that this was his sixth National Yatra. He mentioned that this time the blessings of Sh. Atalji was with him but his absence was regrettable. There is acrimony and frustration among the people on the issue of corruption, price spiral, black money in the entire country. The objective for which the Yatra was taken out through 27 states and 5 Centrally Ruled States has been achieved. One has never seen such corrupt and inefficient Government in country. Even after repeated assurances of the Prime Minister and the Government price spiral and corruption are uncontrolled. The intentions of the Government are not good on the issue of ending corruption. People are suffering due to the failure of Government in discharging its responsibilities. For the first time ministers of the Government have been sent to jail. There is lack of political will power in the Government to pass effective Lokpal Bill. He told that in Tamil Nadu and Keral the yatra was given maximum support. I came across many places like Mandi and Pathankot where people created history of Rallies and Public Meetings.

Shri Nitin Gadkari, Shri Sharad Yadav, Smt. Sushma Swaraj, Shri Arun Jaitley, Shri Rajnath Singh, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Shri Vijender Gupta and leaders of the NDA addressed the Samapan Rally. In his fluent speech Shri Nitin Gadkari told that he wants to assure Shri Advani that he will not take rest till he dislodges the corrupt UPA Government. The Yatra has concluded but not the movement. The struggle of BJP on the issue of corruption, price spiral and black money will continue from the Parliament to the streets of the country. He told that he never saw such headless, untrustworthy government in the country. Explaining the objectives of Janchetna Yatra, Shri Sharad Yadav told that the entire country was facing danger hence Shri Advani took out the Yatra to save the country from this danger and dislodge the corrupt Congress Government.  The objective of the Yatra has been achieved. Now we have to build a new country, a new India together. The contribution of the people is required in this struggle for building new India.

Addressing the rally, Shri Vijender Gupta told that the Congress Government is the Government of middlemen, touts and profiteers. Delhi Government had committed land bungling of 5000 crore rupees by allowing occupation of the Government land and the Centre is mum. If Kalmadi is in Jail on the charges of corruption then why Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit who is accused in various bungling is out of jail? Chief Minister committed scam of 25000 crore rupees in CWG. The CAG of India and Shunglu Committee have confirmed it. According to the report of CAG and Shunglu Committee, Smt. Sheila Diskhit should be prosecuted for misusing her position and committing corruption on large scale. But the Congress is completely silent on this issue.

The Lokayukta of Delhi Shri Manmohan Sareen has said that the Chief Minister of Delhi misled the poor people of Delhi for the sake of votes. At the time of Assembly Elections in July 2008 the Chief Minister made promises to the people in the public meetings in entire Delhi that 60,000 cheap houses will be allotted to the poor people. But the poor people have not been provided such houses. The Lokayukta complained to the President of India about it and her Highness the President of India cautioned the Chief Minister against it. Yet the Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh have not taken any action against the Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dikshit. What is the reason one does not know? Why the person who should be in Jail is occupying the post of Chief Minister? Delhi Government is deliberately encouraging corruption and price rise. This Government could decrease taxes but it wants to make up the loss to the treasury due to the loot in CWG by the blood of the people. This is the reason why the circle rates have been increased twice within 8 months. Shri Gupta told that BJP will ensure that the guilty persons are punished if not today then later. The looters of Commonwealth Games will have to go to the Jail.

Promise of Shiela Dikshit to allot 60, 000 cheap houses to the poor at the time of Assembly Elections

CHIEF MINISTER SHOULD RESIGN ON MORAL GROUNDS AFTER THE COMMENT OF THE PRESIDENT-VIJENDER GUPTA

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that Smt. Sheila Diskhit should resign on moral grounds after the caution of the President of India in the immoral efforts of the Chief Minister of  Delhi to get votes by making false promises to the voters at the time of the Assembly Elections.

He told that previously Lokayukta Justice Manmohan Sareen has made strong comments against the Chief Minister taking the case to be serious. Treating this case as political bribery, he has written to the President of India that she should caution the Chief Minister of Delhi that she should not make false promises to the people in future. Even after that, Mrs. Sheila Dikshit has not changed her methods. Some days ago, she announced that Scheduled Caste people will be provided pukka houses free of cost. Even this promise has not been fulfilled as yet whereas 18000 houses are ready for occupation.

It may be mentioned that before the Assembly Elections of 2008, Smt. Sheila Dikshit had announced in public meeting in entire Delhi and issued advertisements in the newspapers to attract the voters of Delhi that the poor people will be provided flats at low cost. At that time, she had promised to provide 60,000 houses to the poor which has not been fulfilled as yet. The reality is that at the time when Chief Minister had made the promise, the Government had not prepared anu scheme for the construction of cheap houses.

Taking this case to be serious and taking suo moto cognizance of the case Lokayukta started the hearing. During this Government did not cooperate with the court of Lokayukta. In his orders, Justice Sareen had written that the high level functionaries should demonstrate high standards of morality and integrity to the common man and should behave in dignified manner, so that the people may get a good signal from them.

SHRI NITIN GADKARI PRESENTS AWARDS TO THE WINNERS OF YOUTH 4 BJP QUIZ COMPETITION

BJP National President Shri Nitin Gadkari presented awards to the winner youth of the final round of quiz competition organize in entire Delhi by Youth 4 BJP. Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta, Mahila Morcha National President Mrs. Smriti Irani, Pradesh Co-Incharge Shri Rameshwar Chaurasiya, National Convenor Training Cell Sh. Alok Kumar etc. participated in the award distribution function organized at BJP Delhi Pradesh. The program was presided over by Organizational General Secretary Shri Vijay Sharma.

Shri Shashank Tiwari was awarded first prize, Adtiya Kumar Singh second prize and Suman Bhagat third prize. Shri Gadkari presented certificate and momento to them. The youth present on this occasion applauded the winners. This is the second competition organized in Delhi. Youth 4 BJP had organized this competition in all the 70 ACs. There were many rounds in this competition. Today the winners of the competition were awarded. This competition was started in the year 2010.

Addressing the youth on this occasion, Shri Gadkari told that youth are the strength of nation. Whenever the youth awaken they change the history of country and society. The youth of India should be fully aware of their culture and civilization. History is witness of the fact that the society which forgets its culture, tradition and civilization that society vanishes from the history.

He praised Youth 4 BJP for their efforts to bring the youth together on this platform. Mrs. Smriti Irani, Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta, Co-Incharge Shri Rameshwar Chaurasiya, National Convenor Training Cell Sh. BJP leaders who exposed Vote for Cash case felicitated

The Congress leaders who bribed the MPs will be punished when BJP comes to power – Nitin Gadkari

                New Delhi, 19^th November. BJP National President Shri Nitin Gadkari has said that the Congress Government may try its best to save the guilty persons of its party in the Vote for Cash case but when BJP will come to power who will save the persons who bribed the MPs to save the Government? BJP will settle the account. No Congress leader will be spared in Vote for Cash case, howsoever and influential he may be?

Shri Gadkari was addressing the people present on the occasion of felicitation at National Headquarters of the party of two present MPs and two former MPs and senior Journalist Sudhindra Kulkarni and Suhail Hindustani who had exposed the Vote for Cash case. He told that this happened for the first time when the Congress leaders who shamed democracy by bribing the MPs are roaming free and the brave BJP leaders who saved democracy were sent to jail. This act of Congress has adversely affected the prestige of the India in entire world. The history will never forgive the anti democratic, despotic Congress Party and Congress Government.

Shri Advani resigned immediately and told that if the charges are proved against him, then he will retire from politics. The credit goes to Indian judiciary which respectfully acquitted Shri Advani. It proved that the Congress is a conspirator party.

Lakhs of people will assemble in the Samapan public rally of the great leader Lal Krishan Advani's Jan Chetna Yatra at historical Ramlila Maidan of Delhi on 20th November taken out on the issues of price spiral, corruption, black money.  This rally will herald a new positive political era in the country.  All the preparations have been completed for the Samapan rally of the Yatra.  Senior office bearers have been assigned the entire arrangement of the rally.

            In this rally Shri Advani will expose CWG bungling, provisional certificates scam of Delhi, 2G spectrum bungling, defence spectrum bungling, Kargil martyrs housing scam, aeroplane purchase scam, coal scam, mining scam, food grain scam, export-import bungling, MANREGA bungling, rotting food grain bungling, public land sale bungling in Delhi, PMO scam, Finance Minister's office bugging, SEZ bungling, land acquisition bungling, defence equipment scam, SC fund bungling, PDS scam, oil scam, fuel scam, gas bungling, gas pipeline bungling and other scams committed by the Congress Government.

The Government remained busy in loot and the country went backward.  The people of Delhi have no trust in this corrupt, scamesters and encouragers of price spiral.  Entire country is suffering due to back breaking price spiral. Sale/purchase of DDA land going on: influential leaders involved in the bungling

Government is allowing illegal occupation of public land worth thousands of crores by distributing provisional certificates to fictitious colonies-BJP

Chief Minister and the Congress Government of Delhi are doing the business of handing over illegal possession of public land of thousands of crores after distributed Provisional Certificates through Congress President Sonia Gandhi in October, 2008. The latest case is of Taimur Nagar Extension adjacent to Taimur Nagar. This land belongs to the Government but some influential Congress MPs are busy in the sale/purchase of this valuable land through their middlemen. The rate of this land is 4 lakh rupees per sq. yard.

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has demanded that Government should take appropriate steps to stop illegal sale/purchase of the land in Taimur Nagar Extension and handing over the enquiry of this case to the Economic Offence Wing. DDA has taken over the possession of the land in Taimur Nagar Extension after the completing the process of its acquisition. The original owners of the land have been paid compensation. This land was acquired under section-4 of the Land Acquisition Act by the DDA on 23^rd June, 1989. DDA had also taken over the possession of the land after paying compensation at the rate of Rs. 27 per meter on 22^nd June, 1992 under section-6 & 17 of the Act. The farmers felt that the compensation was not adequate and they went to the Additional District Judge against this rate of compensation. 

In June, 2011 the court increased the compensation of land from Rs. 27 to Rs. 89 per meter and ordered the DDA to pay at this rate. The original owners of the land, the farmers of the village were paid compensation at the rate of Rs. 89 per meter. Today, the price of this land is 4 lakh rupees per yard. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the Congress leaders with the connivance of land mafia with the help of fabricated documents showed this land to be unauthorized colony and obtained Provisional Certificate through Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in October, 2008. After inspection of the land by enquiry committee, many surprising facts may come to light.

Government knows everything about it, but kept its eyes close because their own Congress leaders are involved in this scam. BJP Pradesh President has termed granting of Provisional Certificates to about 150 colonies and sale of public land as a big conspiracy and has said that many Congress leaders will be exposed after the facts come to light. He further told that, DDA is mum on this issue and allowing occupation of this land openly. The Congress leaders in Central and Delhi Governments are involved in this act of grabbing valuable land

It may be mentioned that the Town Planner of MCD had two years ago complained the Government in writing that about 150 colonies are non-existent out the list of colonies to which Provisional Certificates were granted.  These colonies were shown to be inhabited in papers and Provisional Certificates were issued on false basis to them on false names. Delhi Government had not submitted any records of aerial survey or other to the MCD of these colonies. Delhi Government continued to remain silent on the written complaint of town planner because real intention was to allow unauthorized occupation of the land. Shri Gupta has raised a question to the Government that why no action was taken during the last 2 years on the written complaint of the Town Planner of MCD?

Shri Gupta told that since many influential MPs and other leaders of the Congress are involved in this case, Delhi Government is trying to cover up the entire land scam. Government has also ordered several enquiries without fixing time limit, so that the case may remain entangled in enquiries. These enquiries may take much time, so that the people may forget this bungling of thousands of crores. It may be mentioned that the Principal Secretary of Urban Development Department R. Chandramohan and Divisional Commissioner Vijay Dev are separately enquiring into the land scam. On the other hand Lt. Governor Tejender Khanna has also ordered for enquiry. It has been learnt that the Central Urban Development Department is also thinking of ordering of an enquiry into this case. This way about 4 to 5 separate enquiries will be held and their reports and findings will also be different. Then it will be easy for the Government to cover up the scam by saying that the opinions of enquiring authorities are contradictory.
