Congress Government and land mafia commit bungling of thousands of crores – Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has alleged that Delhi Government and the big land mafia together committed a big land bungling of thousands of crores in the capital. This is the biggest land bungling of Delhi till date. In view of the involvement the high profile people in it and he has demanded the Lt. Governor of Delhi to seal all the documents related to the land bungling. A delegation of the BJP will soon meet the Lt. Governor Shri Tejender Khanna and will demand filing FIR against all the persons involved in the bungling and also arrest them. If enquiry is initiated then high profile persons in Congress Government and rich land mafia of Delhi will be exposed.  

Shri Gupta told the press persons here today that some senior leaders of the ruling party shown the vacant land on both sides of DND flyover as Ganga Vihar unauthorized colony and obtained provisional certificates. This colony has been shown to be built upon 200 acres of land. Here the 

market value of the land is about 50,000 rupees to 70,000 rupees per meter. Hence this valuable land has been sold secretly. The purchasers of land are trying to sell the land again on large scale. Sources claim that some high profile people are involved in the sale/purchase of this valuable land. This bungling is in addition to Radha Krishna Vihar, Kotla Mahigram Extention, Jasola, Sarita Vihar and Abul Fazal Enclave Part-II bungling. BJP has demanded time bound and comprehensive enquiry into all such land bungling so that the corrupt face of Congress Government may be exposed before the people. If enquiry is started then many big bungling will come to light. Besides Ganga Vihar, Kilokary Village near Kalindi Kunj bungling one more scam has been committed in Taimur Nagar Extension. Here also bungling hundreds of crores has been committed.

On the 23^rd June in 1989, DDA had acquired land under section 4 of land Acquisition Act in Ganga Vihar colony. DDA had taken the possessions of this land by paying compensation at the rate of Rs. 27 per meter on 22^nd June, 1990 to the farmers under section 6 & 17. The farmers challenged this compensation in the court of Additional District Judge. In view of the public interest involve the ADJ personally visited the site. He found that the entire land is vacant and only one temple and a mazar were standing there. Since the land was vacant the court ordered the DDA to pay compensation at the rate of Rs. 89 per meter in place of Rs. 27 only in June 2011. In the records of DDA the award nos of these lands are 14, 15, 16 and 18. The farmers of Kilokari village are facing the problem of compensation between Rs. 27 and 89. In the mean time land mafias obtained provisional certificates from Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi in the name of Ganga Vihar colony by showing it as an inhabited colony in October, 2008. After that this land has been sold at the rate of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per meter. After inspection many surprising facts have come to light. Many Congress leaders will be exposed and sent to jail after the enquiry is initiated in the land bungling.

When BJP came to know about it, then the Pradesh President visited Ganga Vihar colony today. After inspecting the land Shri Gupta told that houses have not been constructed in this colony on the land on both sides of the DND flyover. The land is completely vacant. One can see only a Temple and a Mazar here. But the land mafias obtained provisional certificates from Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi in the name of Ganga Vihar colony by showing it as an inhabited colony. The then revenue Minister Rajkumar Chauhan has signed these Provisional Certificates. He further told that the Congress Government also committed bungling in distributing Provisional Certificates. Since senior Congress leaders and rich land mafia are involved in it, hence Lt. Governor should order time bound high level CBI enquiry into the bungling. Whoever are found guilty in the preliminary enquiry should be arrested and sent to jail, so that they may not destroy the proof.

          In a big meeting organized at the pradesh headquarters of the party, Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that the condition of Delhi during the Congress rule is terrifying. Nobody feels secure in the capital. Congress Government has completely failed to discharge its responsibilities. People are suffering due to price rise and burden of taxes. It has become difficult to maintain the family. Delhi Government had spent 680 crore rupees of SC welfare fund on organizing Commonwealth Games. Chief Minister had promised to refund this amount but has not fulfilled it. Due to this there is great acrimony among the schedule castes.

          Pradesh President of the SC Morcha Shri Krishna Lal Dhilod told that so far meetings have been organized in Chandni Chowk, Najafgarh, Hastsal Village, Trilokpuri, Mayur Vihar, Azadpur Village, Keshavpuram etc. areas and the people of SC Community have been apprised about the atrocities of Congress Government. He has called upon the people of SC Community that they should dislodge the anti people Congress Government from Delhi. 

BJP PRADESH PRESIDENT WRITES A LETTER TO THE CHIEF MINSITER

DELHI GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE BASIC AMMENITIES TO 50 LAKH RESIDENTS OF UNAUTHORISED COLONIES LIVING IN HELLISH CONDITIONS

In a letter written to the Chief Minister of Delhi, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has demanded that the Government should provide basic amenities to 50 lakh people of 1639 unauthorized colonies living in hellish conditions so that these people of Delhi may have right to live like common people.

            He told that on the issue of regularizing unauthorized colonies Delhi Government is continuously misleading the people of unauthorized colonies in place of providing basic amenities. Whenever the elections are declared the Congress starts claiming about regularizing these colonies and providing necessary amenities. At the time of 2008 Assembly Elections, Provisional Certificates were distributed through Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi to the RWAs of these colonies. At that time, the Congress Governments at Centre and the Chief Minister of Delhi and the Congress Party had promised to the residents of these colonies that they will be provided all the basic amenities within a year. This promise has not been fulfilled as yet. The Lokayukta of Delhi has also complained to the President of India against Chief Minister Sheila Diskhit on the issue of making false promises to the people. Even after this the Congress is again misleading the people.

            The report of the GOM formed by the Chief Minister of Delhi under the Chairmanship of Minister Rajkumar Chauhan in this regard is childish which is not likely to be implemented. Shri Chauhan is himself an accused of a big bungling for awarding provisional certificates to fictitious unauthorized colonies under his signatures. Under the pretext of regularizing the unauthorized colonies, the Congress Ministers and other leaders are conniving with the land mafia to earn crores of rupees. When this was exposed since then Government trying to destroy the proof and cover up the case. There is not provision for drinking water, sewer, drains, facilities for education, health etc. in the unauthorized colonies today. There are many colonies where the children have to walk 2 to 3 kilometers for attending school. There is also lack of hospitals for attending emergency cases. The unauthorized colonies are totally neglected from the point of view of security.

            Shri Gupta told that Congress Governments has been in power during the last 13 years. Before 3 last Assembly Elections the Congress had always in its election manifesto that they will regularize all the unauthorized colonies free of cost when it will come to power. Congress forgets its promise after coming to power. Now, the MCD, Assembly and Loksabha Elections are to be held the Congress has again started showing golden dreams to the 50 lakh people of Delhi. The case of regularizing unauthorized colonies is pending before the Supreme Court and Delhi high court. If the intentions of Government was to really to provide basic amenities to these colonies then the Government could have opened the way of regularization by filing affidavit in the court for the regularization of these colonies.

            It may be mentioned that when Late Sahib Singh Verma was the Chief Minister of Delhi he had personally appeared in the court and requested that the court to allow him for providing basic amenities to the lakhs of people living in unauthorized colonies and told that the colonies should be regularize under the relevant laws and the directions of court but the court should first allow the Government to provide basic amenities to all these colonies. After that the BJP Government provided many amenities to these colonies. Today these amenities are disappearing and 50 lakh people are living under hellish conditions in the unauthorized colonies.

Misbehaviour with the students of RML Nursing College

CENTRAL HEALTH MINISTER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISMISS THE PERSONS WHO MISBEHAVED WITH NURSING STUDENTS-VANI TRIPATHI

BJP National Secretary Ms. Vani Tripathi has demanded the Central Health Minister Gulaam Nabi Azad that he should immediately dismiss the college Vice-Principal Nirmala Singh, Supintendent Suhasni and others who had treated the young girl students of reputed RML Hospitals Nursing College in an uncultured and inhuman way and also demanded to allow the girl students to live respectfully in their hostel and complete their B.Sc. Nursing programme.

It may be mentioned that the nursing students became aggitated when the Vice Principal publicly tore the apron of a student and abused her and also made allegations against her and further threatned to rusticate her. The Nursing College of RML Hospital awards the degree of B.Sc. Nursing after four years teaching in Nursing. In this college students from all the proviences of the country get admission after all india tough competion for Nursing Degrees.

After the incident of tearing Apron of a student on 11^th November the insulted students started strike in the college premises. Today was the fourth day of strike. In place of sympathising with the students and ensuring justice, the college administration is threatning the girl students to withdraw their aggitation otherwise all the students will be rusticated and their life spoiled.

Today in the afternoon Chairperson of Delhi Mahila Aayog and other members came at the invitation of BJP National Secretary Vani Tripathi for enquiry into the misbehaviour, the security guards did not allow them to enter and misbehaved with them. The girl students have complained about the misbehavior in writing to the Mahila Aayog and BJP National Secretary Vani Tripathi. The insulted girl students told about continuous inhuman behaviour with them on various incidents by the RML College administration.

Ms. Vani Tripathi told that the college administration is adopting various methods to break the aggitation of girl students. Today a former General Secretary of retired nursing staff Mrs. Khurana came with 10 senior doctors of the hospital and met the girl students and told them to end the strike. When the girl students said that they will continue their aggitation till they justice then Mrs. Khurana and other doctors openly threatned that there food and lodging will be stopped. They should be ready for rustication from the college. Ms. Vani Tripathi has demanded the Central Health Minister that the incidents of misbehaviour in RML nursing colleges should be enquired by Delhi State Women Commission and National Women Commission in an impartial way.

Shiela Dikshit and Sonia Gandhi committ bungling of thousands of crores

CBI SHOULD ENQUIRE INTO PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE BUNGLING OF UNAUTHORISED COLONIES – VIJENDER GUPTA

New Delhi, 14^th Nov.   Delhi BJP has demanded time bound CBI enquiry into the bungling of Provisional Certificates distributed to the RWAs of 1239 colonies out of 1639 unauthorised colonies through the Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi for luring the people before the Assembly elections in the year 2008. BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has demanded to make the list of ficticious colonies public which were given Provisional Certificates so that the innocent people may be saved from investing their entire earning in these colonies at the instance of land mafias.

Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that in order to grab the vote of the people, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit organised a function in Chhtrashaal Stadium and distributed Provisional Certificates in the name of those ficticious colonies of big land mafias through Mrs. Sonia Gandhi which did not exist at that time. There was standing crops in place of these colonies. This way Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit committed bungling of thousands of crores by showing these as residential colonies. The Chief Minister has violated the orders of the Supreme Court by issuing Provisional Certificates to such ficticious colonies. Supreme Court has directed that those colonies which came upto february 2007 and which has 50 percent or more population should be regularised. Here there was no inhabitation and certificates were distributed on the agricultural land which indicates bungling.

When the case came to right the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has given orders to Mr. Rajkumar Chauhan to enquire into it whereas the Minister Rajkumar Chauhan is himself party in the bungling because the certificates were distributed with his signatures. When the certificates were distributed Shri Rajkumar Chauhan was the Urban Development Minister of Delhi and was present with Sonia Gandhi, Sheila Dikshit in Chhatrashal Stadium. Shri Gupta told that since Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Mrs. Sheila Dikshit and other influential leader are part of the Provisional Certificate bungling hence efforts are being made to destroy the proof. It would be in the interest of justice that CBI should immediately enquire into this big bungling and the enquiry officers should seal and seize all the important papers immeidately so that enquiry may be made properly and guilty persons punished.

He told that provisional certificates were issued in the name of Kotla Mahigram Extension, Jasola, Sarita Vihar-Provisional Certificates registration number 26 LOP, Radha Krishna Vihar-Registration No. 1600, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-II, Registration No. 1182 and many other ficticious colonies so that profit of crores may be earned by demarking, the agricultural lands of thousands of crores as colonies. The farmers of the agricultural land of these ficticious colonies are alleging that the then Chief Minister and Cabinet Ministers had information about it. There is no houses on these places and the land mafias have erected advertisement boards for the sale of land after obtaining Provisional Certificates.

REVISION OF MASTER PLAN BE EXTENDED UPTO 31st DECEMBER – VIJENDER GUPTA

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has demanded the Central Urban Development Minister Shri Kamalnath that the time limit for the revision of Master Plan 2021 of Delhi should be extended to 31^st December, 2011 so that the views of the people of Delhi for allround development of Delhi may be incorporated.

It may be mentioned that the Delhi Development Authority had issued an advertisement on 4^th Oct., 2011 inviting suggesstions and objections for revision of Master Plan 2021 from the people of Delhi for which 45 days time limit was given. This time limit is ending on 18^th November, 2011. Dussehra, Deepawali, Bhaiya Duj, Goverdhan Pooja, Vishwakarma Jayanti, Bakar-Eid, Guruparv, Hanuman Jayanti etc. festivals were being obsereved during the days in which suggesstions were invited and due to this the people could not send their suggestions and objections to the DDA.

It is necessary in the public interest that this time limit should be extended immediately so that the Master Plan 2021 may be useful for the people. It is worth mentioning that there is provision in the Master Plan that necessary revision may be made every five years. For making revision it is necessary that the Government should invite suggesstions and objections from the people and incorporate them if necessary so that the plan is finalized with the co-operation of the people and may prove useful for them. 

BJP’s Dharna against hike in the price of petrol and uncontrolled price spiral

Now the Government wants to fill its emptied treasury due to corruption by increasing inflation and taxing the people– Vijender Gupta

Under the leadership of Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta thousands of Delhi Pradesh BJP workers staged Dharna at Jantar Mantar to protest against the hike in the price of petrol and back breaking price spiral and expressed their acrimony against it. Addressing thousands of workers sitting on Dharna, Shri Vijender Gupta told that the intentions of Government are not in favour of curbing price spiral. It is increasing its revenue by the hike of the petroleum prices. During the last 2 years the local sales tax on petrol has increased by Rs.8 per liter. It has resulted in earning of more than 1000 crore rupees to the Delhi Government. Government has also collected 2500 crores revenue by increasing the circle rates twice with in 8 months. Similarly, the Central Government is also increasing its revenue by inflation. This is the reason why the Government is imposing price spiral on the people and breaking its back, although there is no need for increasing the prices.

            He told that the Congress Government has become despotic and behaving like a dictator. There is difference between the practice and prophecy of this Government. Whenever the Central and Delhi Congress Governments talk about curbing price rise, the prices increase. Government has given good bye to the democratic values. Its only objective is to earn profit, take anti people decision, import taxes on the people and harass the people. This Government is anti poor and pro capitalists. Until the Congress Government is dislodged the people will not get relief.

            Leader of the Opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, Pradesh Co-Incharge Rameshwar Chaurasiya, Pradesh Vice Presidents Pawan Sharma, R.P. Singh, Vishakha Shailani, Satish Upadhyay, General Secretaries Ramesh Bidhuri, Pravesh Verma, Ashish Sood, Secretaries Simmi Jain, Anil Goel, Mahendra Gupta, Mahila Morcha President Shikha Rai, SC Morcha President Krishan Lal Dhilod, Kisan Morcha President Rajkumar Ballan, Minority Morcha President Atif Rasheed and Officebearers and workers of various Districts and Mandal were present in the Dharna today. The workers were raising slogans “Takhat Badal Do-Taj Badal Do, Beimano ka Raj Badal do. Mehangai Jo Rok Sake Na, Wah Sarkar Hatana Hai. Bhajapa ko Lana hai-Desh ko khushhal Banana Hai.”

            Prof. Malhotra told that Congress Government has completely failed in curbing price spiral. All the economists of the Government have become tools of exploitation. Inflation and corruption is so wide spread that nobody is unaffected by it. Now, the people are not getting sufficient nutrition. The reasons given by the Government on price spiral are hollow and ridiculous. The price spiral in the country and Delhi is due to the wrong policies of the Government. Every Minister of the Government is incompetent in curbing price spiral.

            Pradesh Co-Incharge Shri Rameshwar Chaurasiya told that the Congress Government claims to be democratic but its all decisions are despotic. This Government talks about the poor but all its decisions are in favour of the rich. The history of the country is witness of the fact that whenever Congress comes to power corruption, loot, price spiral, terrorism, anarchy increase. It is unfortunate that at present such a person is the Prime Minister of the country who is controlled by somebody else. If this Government is not dislodged soon then the people will continue to suffer and the taxes will continue to increase.
