New Delhi, 23rd April. In a letter written to the President of India, the BJP Delhi Pradesh President, Vijay Goel has sought an appointment for a delegation of BJP office bearers and legislators led by Shri Vijay Goel and Leader of the Opposition Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra.

This delegation will demand the dismissal of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for deteriorating law and order in Delhi. Shri Goel told that tomorrow he will present a charge sheet against Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in which he will claim that law and order has collapsed and there is Jungle Raj in Delhi. The incidents of crimes are increasing and the people are compelled to come in the streets.

Shri Goel said that Chief Minister is responsible for the administration and she wants to escape from her responsibility by holding others accountable. There are provisions in the Constitution in India according to which the President can exercise his discretion and take steps in such situations.

Today the workers of Yuva Morcha took out a Candle March from the BJP Delhi Pradesh Office to the CM residence. They had the pictures of Chief Minister in their hands on which it was written “Failed to protect Delhi women, Responsible for unsafe Delhi, Failed to stop rape in Delhi.” “Dilli me badhte apradh, Balatkar ki doshi, Mukhyamantri Sheila Dikshit.” The demonstrators were stopped by the police in the midway.

A committee has been formed under the chairmanship of BJP Legislator Ravindra Bansal who will prepare charge sheet for submission to the President.
