Mukherjee, Upadhyay, Atal has contributed country's nationalism and immemorable contribution in expansion of BJP - Advani

Country's former Deputy Prime Minister Shri Lal Krishan Advani has said that the country's nationalism and in the expansion of BJP, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Deen Dayal Upadhayay, Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee has made immemorable contribution.  Addressing the Party workers and residents on the occasion of unveiling statue of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee at Mukherjee Nagar.  Shri Advani said that these legends fulfilled their dream of country's freedom and thereafter one day their dream of the person with the ideology of Jana Sangh and BJP became country's Prime Minister of India.  BJP believes in democracy, patriotism and good governance.  

            A programme has been convened under the leadership of Prof. Rajni Abbi, the Leader of Opposition in Delhi State Assembly Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra, BJP's State President Vijender Gupta, Sushri Pratibha Advani, MCD Standing Committee Chairman Shri Yogender Chandoliya, several Municipal Councillors, office bearers of District and Mandal were present on this occasion.

 

            On this occasion Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta appreciated efforts of Prof. Rajni Abbi and said that Dr. Mukherjee was great philosopher, educationist and martyer hero of the nation unveiling his statue.  He further said in the past 50 years the development work were completed neglected and many of development works are left only doing partly work, but since Prof. Abbi became Corporator of the area.  She has done many development works in the area and 4.36 crore rupees on beautification of the ward recent.  He appreciated the efforts of MCD which has changed the previous trend of naming of parks, roads and unveiling the statue of only one political family of the country.

            On this occasion, Leader of the Opposition of Delhi State Assembly Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra said that Dr. Mukherjee was the founder of Jana Sangh which has played a major role for establishing healthy democracy in India.  He alleged that Congress Government of Delhi has imposed 70 thousand crore tax on the people of Delhi, but no development has taken place in the rural areas.  He said after the tricurcation of MCD, BJP win all the three Corporations in the coming election.  Prof. Rajni Abbi has said that the unveiling the statue of Dr. Mukherjee was his life time dream which has been materialised today.  She said BJP will make all efforts to continue their mission of development in Delhi.  On this occasion a Film 'Tiranga' was also screened produced by Ms. Pratibha Advani.
