Big rally of farmers at Najafgarh

Farmers of Delhi should dislodge Sheila government– Vijender Gupta 

New Delhi, 26th January. BJP organized a big Kisan rally at Najafgarh today in which more then 15 thousand farmers of near by areas participated and resolved to dislodge Congress government of Delhi. Addressing the farmers BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta told that the Centre and Delhi Congress governments have decided to completely ruin the farmers. Hence it has allowed FDI, increased the price of diesel and power decides other commodities used by the farmers. Congress government of Delhi has taken such decision which will ruin thousands of farmers of Delhi. The farmers of Delhi do not used their agricultural land for other purpose. If they want to sale their land for maintaining their families then the government will declare their land as Gram Sabha land under section 81 and their ancestral land will go out of their hand. He called upon the farmers that they should dislodge the Congress governments of Delhi and Centre otherwise the farmers of the country and Delhi will be completely ruined. 

BJP Najafgarh District Kisan Morcha organized big Kisan rally today. District Morcha President Shri Devender Dabas presided over the rally. BJP Delhi Pradesh General Secretary Shri Pravesh Verma, MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar and Shri Devender Dabas etc. leaders addressed the rally. On this occasion the party honoured thousands of farmers by presenting turbans to them. 

Shri Gupta told that the Chief Minister of Delhi says that there are no farmers in Delhi then what for facilities should be provided. But the data of government show that there are lakhs of farmers present in Delhi. Farming is done in thousands of acres of land. It helps to provide food to the urban population but the government neither provides cheap power nor diesel to the farmers for irrigation. Delhi farmers do not get facilities for seed, fertilizer, equipments etc. and hence they go to Hariyana for purchasing these things. BJP will not tolerate step motherly treatment of the farmers by Delhi government. When BJP will come to power it will seriously consider all the problem of farmers and villagers and provide a solution for it. 

Pradesh General Secretary Shri Pravesh Verma told that Congress party is anti farmer’s party and hence this government takes decisions in favour of the rich. FDI has been imposed on the country by force. The farmers of Delhi and country will be completely ruined due to it. MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar told that the foreign companies will grab agricultural and industry of India and India will become dependent on foreign companies for food grains. Prices will rise and the people will starve. Economy of India will come under the control of foreign powers. Farmer’s leader Shri Devender Dabas call upon the farmers present in the rally that they should fight for their rights with BJP show that their existence may remain intact.
