BJP WILL PROTEST AT LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY ON 29th AUGUST AGAINST 22% TARIFF HIKE ON ELECTRICITY IN DELHI– VIJENDER GUPTA

New Delhi, 26^th Aug.  BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta condemns decision of latest 22% tariff hike of electricity notified by the DERC with the consent of Delhi Government. He further criticized the this hike and termed as anti people decision which will directly affect the budget of common man in Delhi which is already facing price spiral from the last many months. BJP has decided to protest against this anti people decision at Delhi Legislative Assembly on 29^th August.

          He further said that despite of all the three power distribution companies has earned huge profit still they want to increase the power tariff rates. He further condemns this anti people decision which will put extra burden on the people of Delhi. He further said BJP demands for the immediate rollback of power tariff in Delhi and further demanded the accounts of all three power distribution companies should be audited by CAG in the interest of people of Delhi.
