THE COMMON MAN IS CONTESTING AGAINST CONGRESS IN DELHI NOT THE BJP-NARENDRA MODI

Today Shri Narender Modi addressed three rallies in Delhi starting with rally at CBD ground under Krishna Nagar Assembly Constituency which completely changed the atmosphere of the Delhi Assembly elections to be held on 4th December.  In his touching and enthusiastic speech he described about the sufferings of the people of Delhi during the last 15 years which was highly appreciated by the people present in the rally.  With his slogans “pahle matdan phir jalpan” he requested all the women of Delhi that they should serve break fast to the male members of the family only after checking the ink mark on their finger, the sign of voting.

Shri Modi said that on behalf of the BJP’s chief Ministerial candidate Dr. Harsh Vardhan I want to assure that BJP will provide honest, welfare minded, transparent and accountable government.  Entire machinery will be under e-governance system.  Like Gujrat, ‘One day governance’ will be implemented in Delhi also.  Under this program the problems of the people will be solved within a day and accountability will be fixed at every level.

He further told that after independence Congress has followed the policy of divide and rule. Its objective was only to grab power and enjoy it.  Congress has treated the common man as vote bank.  The result is that India lagged behind and many countries which became free after India have joined the group of developed countries.  Corruption and misgovernance became order of the day and Congressmen became rich and the people became poor.  He appealed to the people not to forgive the Congress for its sins and defeat the party in the assembly elections.

Shri Modi asked the people to raise their hands and tell which is the most neglected area of the Delhi?  The people replied in one voice that it is trans yamuna area.  He further said that he has never seen such atmosphere in any assembly election.  He has addressed meetings in Chhatishgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi and found that this time it is not the parties but the people are fighting election.  On the one side is are the people and BJP and on the other the Congress party.  This time Congress will not be able to mislead the people and the whole world knows that BJP is coming to power.

Praising former PMs Shri Murarji Daisai, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shri Nurshimbha Rao he said that the Congress party did not learn from their good work.  Price rise could not be controlled by world famous economists like Dr. Manmohan Singh and Shri P. Chidambram.  Without naming Shri Kapil Sibbla he told that a central minister has illusions that he is the most intelligent person and others are not.  This minister has said that since migrants from poorvanchal have started eating vegetables, it has become costly.  Shri Modi asked have not the poor people right to eat vegetables ?

In the beginning of the rally Shri Arun Jaitley told that the results of Delhi Assembly elections will be surprising.  The results of 8th December will show that the Congress gets lesser number of vote then 1977 elections.  At that time it had secured 33 % votes but this time the result will be worse and Congress will lose power.

BJP’s Chief Ministerial candidate Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the migrants work hard for the development of Delhi but the CM Sheila Dikshit treats them as burden.  She says that the crime has increased in Delhi and Yamuna has become dirty due to migrants.  Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the son of Chief Minister Sheila Diksthi is MP from East Delhi and she had appealed the poorvanchalies to vote for her son because she was married in Uttar Pradesh and hence a poorvanchaly. But why her statement changes after winning the elections ?  Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the people of Delhi have resolved to make BJP victorious and dislodge Congress government.

S/Shri Nitin Gadkari, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Vijay Goel, Shyam Jaju, Dr. Anil Jain,  Dushyant Gautam, Ram Niwas Goel, Alok Kumar, all the BJP candidates and senior leaders were present in this rally.
