The decision of High Court on MCD elections exposes internal conflict within the Congress Party - Vijender Gupta

Respecting the decision of the High Court on MCD elections, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that due to his Janasangharsh Yatra a new wave against the anti people Government of Delhi has been created among the people.  The people of Delhi shall answer to every atrocity of the Government by pressing the lotus button in MCD elections.

Shri Gupta said that the decision of High Court on MCD elections has exposed internal difference within the Congress Party because several camps had come up on the decision of Election Commissioner.  The Congress also wanted that the Court should decide against the Election Commissioner so that the Government may be able to manipulate the seats.  The Congress Government of Delhi had opposed reservation of seats for the S.C. The High Court has cleared the way of elections to the MCD.  Now there is no doubt that the elections will be held on time.  The BJP workers should not lose time and consider every day important and should remain busy in public awareness.

He told the Party workers that the BJP Delhi had started its election campaign after Vijay Sankalp Diwas Conference on 26th February.  Every booth level workers should start preparing for the elections.  Every worker should contact every household of Delhi at least three times and apprise them about the anti people policies of the Congress Government.

Two crore people of Delhi are very much disappointed and frustrated due to the misdeeds of Congress Government of Delhi.  People are suffering due to price spiral, corruption, hike in power-water tariff, commercialisation of education & health, increasing number of crimes like rape, murder, kidnapping, terrorism etc.  Neither the Central Government nor the State Government is capable of facing these problems.  People are eagerly waiting for good governance of BJP.

Congress has completely failed to run the Government

Imposing ESMA is despotic behaviour of the Government - Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that the people of the country and Delhi were already suffering due to anti people policies of the Congress Government, now the strike by prominent labour unions, organisation of banks and Insurance Companies, power sector employees, auto rickshaw drivers has proved that the Congress is not capable of running Government.  In place of negotiating with the striking organisations this Government is behaving in a despotic manner.  This will deteriorate the conditions further.  He has demanded the Central Government and Delhi Government that they should negotiate with the striking organisations in an amicable atmosphere and find out a solution.  The strike has adversely affected the life of the people in Delhi.  The sufferings of the people has increased.

Shri Gupta told that the conditions are out of control of Congress Government.  This Government is not capable of managing the affairs of the country.  People are also fed up with Congress Government.  Before going on strike the labour organisations had many times warned the Government.  Yet the Government did not talk to them for finding out a solution.  Delhi Government imposed ESMA on the employees.  Before imposing ESMA the Government should have talked to the representatives of the labour organisations in which the Government completely failed. The result is before us.  Strike has started and the people are facing difficulties.

Delhi Government is ridiculing the two crore people by behaving against the interest of the workers, labourers, farmers and common man.  Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit is concerned only about the profit of power companies.  Despite the protest by the people she gave bailout package of 500 crore rupees to the power companies inspite of the fact that they were earning profit.  In the meantime the Congress Government of Haryana has stopped the water supply of Delhi's share in contempt of the decision of Supreme Court.  Congress Party is running the Government at Centre, Delhi and Haryana.  Inspite of this these three Governments are not ready to talk to each other.  Congress Party has become obstinate due to which the people are suffering.

Pradesh President told that 40 prominent employees Federations, Banking employees Federation, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, AITC, INTC, Hind Mazdoor Sabha, CITU, AIUTUT, Income Tax Department employees, DTC employees have submitted 34 points demand besides constituting new Pay Commission.  Such a large workers strike was not held in recent times.  The workers have gone on strike only after they lost their patience.  Central and Delhi Government's anti labour policies, anti farmers policy and anti people policies are the cause of corruption and price spiral in the country.  Government has completely failed in curbing it.  The failing economic system has made the life of the workers and the common man difficult.

Bugle of MCD elections sounded in historical Karyakarta Mahakumbh at Ramlila Maidan

The Party which wins Delhi, wins the country-Advani

The popular Jansangharsh Yatra of Pradesh President has created atmosphere of victory in Delhi. The Congress has paved the way of our victory by its misdeeds like corruption, price spiral etc. Today’s workers conference has sounded the bugle of the victory march of BJP in the MCD, Delhi Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. The only thing needed is that the workers manage the elections up to booth level in a disciplined manner. Victory will be ours. Shri Vijender Gupta presided over the Karyakarta Mahakumbh.

Praising the organizational ability and fighting spirit of Pradesh President he said that he is living in Delhi since 1957 but he has never seen such successful Karyakarta Mahakumbh in Delhi. It would be better to call it Mahakumbh. Every one in the county is suffering due to Congress rule. Congress has devalued Constitutional institutions and reduced the Constitution to shreds. The people in power are completely involved in corruption. Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh are all busy in protecting the corrupt. The people of Delhi and country want to get rid of Congress rule. Such atmosphere of victory was never seen before.
Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Shri Arun Jaitely told that the results of elections in Delhi will decide the direction of the country. Entire society is protesting against the Congress. This government has no leadership, no economic policy and is indecisive besides involved in corruption. The country is suffering due to anti people and corrupt polices of the UPA government for the last eight years. People want to get rid of Congress rule. He told that Jansangharsh Yatra and Karyakarta Mahakumbh has decided the agenda of forthcoming elections. Leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Smt. Sushma Swaraj praised the Pradesh President and his team for successfully organizing Jansangharsh Yatra and Karyakarta Mahakumbh today and said that the wave is in favour of BJP. We shall not rest until we once again hoist the flag of Good Governance, Development and Security — in Delhi as well as in New Delhi. We shall win the hearts and minds of all sections of society by serving them with utmost dedication. Guided by the proud and distinctive tradition of our great Party, we shall uphold the ideology, promote the ideals and strengthen the image of the BJP with our disciplined conduct.”

This should be the aim of every real worker also.

Addressing the Karyakarta Mahakumbh General Secretary organization Shri Ramlal told that there is great difference between the culture of Congress and BJP. BJP is a workers party but other parties are like private limited companies. He asked the booth level workers to raise slogans – Mumbai Nigam jeeta hai ab Delhi ki bari hai, Path ke kantakon ko jo suman samjhe wahi asli BJP karyakarta hai. He told that the formula of victory is wining at booth level. He also said that adding votes, polling votes, remaining in contact with people is necessary for victory. In BJP the organization is more important then a person. We have to make the worker victorious who has lotus symbol in his hand. The people of Delhi will vote against the Chief Minister due to this anti Delhi decision of the Government.  The people of Delhi will rout Congress and handover reins of power to the BJP in all the three Corporations. UPA Government is neither concerned about the county nor the people. Congress Government has become undemocratic and despotic. It has not respected the laws and rule and broken all the records of immorality, atrocities and corruption. This Government will be recorded in black letters in history. He told the people that they should take revenge from the Congress for every atrocity by voting against it. They should defeat the Congress in the forthcoming elections and handover the reins of power for the BJP for good governance.

Addressing the people assembled at various places Shri Vijender Gupta told that Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has hatched a conspiracy to make Delhi ugly and impoverished by dividing MCD. Due to this the people will face many problems in getting basic amenities because administrative complications and paper work will increase and the public oriented work will decrease. He told that by presenting false documents of her achievements, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit yesterday declared that in the year 2012-13 Delhi will be made a clean city. He raised a question that the city in which 73 percent people live in unplanned areas, 31 lakh in slum clusters, 50 lakh people live in hellish conditions in unauthorized colonies; where there is not drainage system and arrangement of drinking water in the villages, how the Government will make Delhi a clean city?  The Government should issue a white paper on an affidavit in the court so that its forgery may be exposed. Congress has become furious because Janasangharsh Yatra has become public movement

13 year achievement report of Sheila Dikshit is bundle of falsehood and fraud - Vijender Gupta

Addressing the people gathered in large numbers to welcome Janasangharsh Yatra at various places falling within villages, poor colonies and urban areas today, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta said that the report issued by the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on her 13 years achievement is bundle of falsehood and fraud.  This is indicative of her frustration and anger.  The reality is that the way in which BJP's Janasangharsh Yatra has changed into public movement, Congress Party and Congress Government has panicked.  Smt. Sheila Dikshit feels that the people of Delhi are not going to be misled by the false promises of Congress Govt. and Congress Party.  Future belongs to BJP.

The villagers of Delhi accorded unprecedented welcome to the Yatra today.  The people of every village on the route of Yatra assembled on the main roads and offered turban and garland to Shri Vijender Gupta and showered flowers on the yatra.  He told the villagers that the Chief Minister of Delhi has betrayed the villagers during the last 13 years.  The Lal Dora area of villages has not been extended even after 104 years.  Government is acquiring the land of villagers at dirty cheap rates and selling them for crores and earning profit.  The villages of Delhi are deprived of water, power supply, drainage, facilities of education, health, security, transport etc.  Shri Gupta demanded that the Govenment should pay compensation of the aquired land at market rates to the farmers.  20% of the developed land aquired by the Government should be given to the farmers free of cost so that they may maintained their families.  The people raised slogans in the entire route 'Dehat Ekta Jindabad - Bhajpa Jindabad', 'Bharashtachar Mitane Ko - Delhiwasi Jage Hai', 'Bharashtachar Mitayenge - Congress Ko Hareyenge'.

Addressing a big public meeting in Ramlila Park, Jehangirpuri, on the 10th day of Yatra BJP National General Secretary Organisation Shri Ram Lal told that by winning the elections for BMC, the Shiv Sena-BJP combined has shown that the people are not going to be misled by the Congress Party.  Congress is a Party of people playing fraud.  BJP will emerge victorious in the forthcoming elections to MCD.  BJP Pradesh President told that the Chief Minister had taken oath of her office in the month of December.  She used to issue reports of her achievement in the month of December every year.  This time due to strong wave in favour of BJP, the Congress is in a fix.  The panicked Chief Minister issued the report card of her false achievement in a public function today.  BJP rejectes this report card of the Government.

80% of the population of Delhi are living in the conditions like slums because they have no access to basic amenities.  Government has forgotten its duty and is busy in committing bunglings.  There is tacit support of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to these bundling.  Hence inspite of reports from many constitutional investigating agencies.  No action has been taken against the Chief Minister, her colleagues, officers, contractors, touts, land mafia etc. till date.  The people of Delhi have awakened due to BJP's Janasangharsh Yatra.  When BJP comes to power it will not spare the corrupt and scamesters. The right place of the people looting public money is in jail and they shall be sent to jail.

The Convenor of Yatra Shri Yogender Chandoliya told that today the Janasanghars Yatra passed through Jehangirpuri, Bhalswa Village, Ramgarh Village, Libaspur Village, GT Karnal Road, Budhapur village, Jindpur, Bakhtawarpur, Mukhmelpur, Hiranki, Burari Road, Alipur, Narela, Bawana, Sindhu Border, Bakner village, Shahbad Dairy, Rohini Sector 17, 18, 19, Badli Chowk, Rohini DC Chowk, Aggarwal Dharamshala, Prashant Vihar, Naharpur village, Shiva Road, Rithala Village, Vijay Vihar, Budh Vihar, Khanjhawala Road and concluded with a big public meeting in Begampur village.   Pradesh General Secretary Pravesh Verma, Legislator Kulwant Rana, District President Ramesh Chauhan, SC Morcha President Krishan Lal Dhillodh etc. were present on the Rath.

PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH HUNGER, PRICE RISE: FOR WHAT THE GOVERNMENT OF DELHI IS CELEBERATING – VIJENDER GUPTA

New Delhi, 20th February.  BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has said that 2 crore people of Delhi are suffering and Delhi Government is going to celebrate 13 years of its misrule tomorrow. Will this celebration be for betraying 50 lakhs people of unauthorized colonies, committing bungling of 25 thousand crores in CWG, misappropriating 680 crore rupees of SC welfare fund, bus scam, price spiral, anti people policies and making false announcements by Chief Minister Sheila Diskhit? Praising herself, the Chief Minister has said that she has made Delhi a world class city. The reality is that lakhs of people live on the footpaths in Delhi even today.

Shri Gupta alongwith the Convenor of Jan Sangharsh Yatra Shri Yogendra Chandolia was addressing the press persons and told that his Jan Sangharsh Yatra passed through lane, mohallas and congested colonies of Delhi. He saw that 70 percent people of Delhi live in small houses in very pathetic condition. There is lack of basic amenities including sewage system due to which lakhs of people are suffering from various diseases. The lifeline of Delhi Yamuna is worse than dirty drain. Thousands of crore has been wasted in the name of cleaning Yamuna. People did not get any benefit from privatization of power. Now, the Chief Minister is privatizing water supply in phases. During the last 13 years, Delhi Government has only benefited the agents, touts, middlemen and elite class. It seems that the Government hates the poor.

The rule of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit is the rule of white collar. The Chief Minister had behaved like a corrupt, despotic bureaucrat with the people. She has always ridiculed democracy. She feels insulted in travelling in the buses, walking on the footpaths, visiting the slums. She says that the Government has constructed flyovers, underpass, foot over bridge etc. Will a capital become world class by constructing jungle of cement? Sheila Dikshit has wounded the soul of Delhi. During his Jan Sangharsh Yatra, Shri Gupta saw that the people are asking the Chief Minister to account for the atrocities, corruption, price spiral etc.

During the Jan Sangharsh Yatra which started on 11th Feb, he made direct contact with one crore people of Delhi. The people of minorities, poor, dalit samaj, slum dwellers, rehabilitation colonies, unauthorized colonies and general people in the mid of Rath Yatra told several stories of their sufferings in the areas. The people of Delhi are badly suffering due to Congress rule. They are not ready to tolerate price rice, corruption and loot of Sheila Government. People want to get rid of Sheila Government. They are waiting for the BJP Government.

He told how the people of Khichripur, Trilokpuri, Madipur, Nangloi, Khyala, Mehrauli, Arjun Garh, Ghitorni, Seelampur, Babarpur, Karawal Nagar, Okhala, Jakir Nagar, Nizamuddin, Dallupura, Jhilmil, Vishwas Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Ghondli, Anarkali, Khadda Colony, Tuglakabad, Ambedkar Nagar, Sahdulajab, Najafgarh, Dhichaun Kala, Raghubir Nagar, Vishnu Garden, Sitapuri, Kirari, Suleman Nagar, Nilothi, Kamruddin Nagar, Seemapuri, Sultanpuri, Mangolpuri etc. suffering from the atrocities of Congress rule welcomed Jan Sangharsh Yatra. It shows that the people want change now and they are ready for it. They are waiting for the elections to be declared the fraud of Congress has been exposed. Congress has completely lost the faith of people in Delhi.

Giving live picture of 9 days Yatra to the press persons, Pradesh President told that the people want to get rid of this Government anyhow. The proof of this fact is the heavy turnout of the people for Yatra who were raising slogans in favour of BJP. He said that he became emotional after seeing so much love and anxiety of the people. After seeing the life of lakhs of people living in hellish conditions, tears came out of his eyes. In its 13 years old Sheila Government has changed the capital of India into a hell. These people have snatched the right to live respectfully and deprived them of democratic rights, equality, right to education, health, security etc. Everywhere one can see loot. People are suffering everywhere in the capital.

45 ACs have been covered so far by Jan Sangharsh Yatra. During the rest 5 days, this yatra will cover all the 70 ACs. This Yatra has been taken out to awaken 2 crore people. In the beginning, this was an ordinary Yatra but soon it changed into mass mobilization. People were seen waiting for the leader of BJP for standing on both sides of the road. In slum areas also poor people make their shelter with the help of polythene sheets and bring up their children.  There is no capital worse than Delhi. BJP has resolved hand fear, hunger, corruption, price rise, terrorism and provide respectable life. I will not take rest till my resolve is not changed into reality.

Congress has betrayed Dalits during the last 64 years

SHEILA GOVERNMENT MISAPPROPRIATED 680 CRORE RUPEES OF SC WELFARE FUND – VIJENDER GUPTA

Hundreds of people belonging to SC Community resolved before BJP Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta that they are completely disillusioned with the Congress party and Government. Congress Government has made false promises to them to secure their votes during the last 64 years. The dalits of the Country and Delhi fully understand it. The dalits of Delhi have decided that only the BJP can do good to them. He told that in the forthcoming MCD elections, Assembly elections and Loksabha elections, lakhs of SC people should vote in favour of BJP and help to form BJP Government so that the loot of Congress may come to an end and everybody may be treated with respect and equality.

On the 9th day of Jan Sangharsh Yatra today Yatra passed through Mundaka, Kirari, Sultanpuri, Mangolpuri and Nangloi Assembly Constituency. Thousands of BJP workers and leaders stood on both sides of the road and accorded unprecedented welcome to the Pradesh President by showering flowers on him. Shri Gupta told that the Congress is so much busy in loot and it misappropriated 680 crore rupees of SC welfare fund which was part of the planned expenditure by transferring the fund to the Games fund. When this was exposed then Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit told that this money will be refunded but till date this money has not been refunded. Delhi Government is so much anti dalit and it used insulting word like ‘CHUDA’ in the SC certificate and insulted the dalits. BJP went to the court against it and only after that this world was dropped from the certificate. Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has not apologized for it. Just before the MCD elections many populist announcement have been made by Delhi Government. Shri Gupta has raised a question that from where the Government will arrange the money to fulfill the promises made?

Shri Gupta has further said that the Congress is the ruling party for the last 13 years and it has promised that the people of SC Community will be provided free pucca houses. But not a single pucca house has been provided to them by the Government. Government is so much anti dalit that it demolished the colonies of dalits but did not made alternatives arrangements for them. During the chilly cold weather thousands of dalits passed their nights in the open and not provided food, ration and other essential commodities by the Government. PDS system has completely collapsed. The Government could not provide facilities of education, health, power, water etc. to the dalit children during the last 13 years. Congress has played fraud with the dalits again and again. But now they have awakened and understand the reality of the Congress Government.

Before the start of Jan Sangharsh Yatra today, National Secretary of BJP Shri Shyam Jaju etc. addressed a public meeting in Karala Village. Shri Jaju told that this Yatra is for drastic change of Delhi. BJP Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has taken out this Yatra for public awareness among 2 crore people of Delhi. The people of Delhi have awakened. Congress Government has always betrayed the lakhs of SC families and committed atrocities on them. Congress has used their sentiments only for sake of votes. They have not been provided any facility in return. The people of dalit community will take revenge from the Congress Government in the forthcoming elections. BJP will win and work for the welfare of all.

The Convernor of Yatra Shri Yogendra Chandolia told that the Jan Sangharsh Yatra passed through Karala Village, Madanpur Road, Bhagya Vihar, Mir Vihar, Agar Nagar, Prem Nagar, Kirari Furniture Market, Suleman Nagar, Sultanpuri, Jalebi Chowk, Mangolpuri Assembly Constituencies and also passed through Mangolpuri West, Kala Mandir, Kamdhenu School, Mangolpuri East, Rohini South, Awantika Chowk, Jaipur Golden Hospital, Piragarhi, Guru Harikishan Chowk, Nangloi Chowk, Nilothi, Kamruddin Nagar, Nihal Vihar, Nangloi Village and finally concluded at Lokesh Cinema. Pradesh General Secretary Pravesh Verma, Legislator Manoj Shokeen, District President Sansar Singh, Jayendra Dabas, Devendra Dahiya, SC Morcha President Kishan Lal Dhilod etc. were with Shri Gupta in the Rath Yatra.

Eighth day of Janasangharsh Yatra

Law & order situation worsening in Delhi
Women, senior citizens, children, students are not safe even during the day time - Vijender Gupta

Addressing large number of people who turned up during the Janasangharsh Yatra of BJP Delhi Pradesh and the people suffering from atrocities of the Congress, Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta said that women are kind and sensitivity by nature, but due to unkind and insensitive behaviour of the Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila Dikshit the law & order situation in Delhi is worsening day by day.  Crime is at its climax in the capital.  Here the life of women, children, senior citizens and girls are not safe even during the day time.  Citizens of Delhi continued to wait for welcoming the Rath Yatra standing on both sides of Roads with flowers in their hands so that Pradesh President Vijender Gupta passes from there, they welcomed him by showering flowers.  Janasangharsh Yatra is turning into people convergence festival day by day.  The people of Delhi were seemed raising anti Government slogans welcoming Janasangharsh Yatra and assured of their support.  The Sikhs of Delhi also welcomed Pradesh President in the entire route and repeated their resolve to give full support.

Murder, rape, kidnapping, loot, flesh trade, sale-purchase of women and drugs trafficking have become common in the capital.  Government is not concerned about it at all.  According to the Police records cases of murder, kidnapping, rape are increasing every year.  The Chief Minister shirks her responsibility by saying that law & order is the subject of Central Government.  When BJP comes to power, it will make Delhi a safe and prosperous capital where every citizen will live with respect.

Today the Rath Yatra started from Vishal Market of Madipur AC after holding a big public meeting.  Strongly criticising the Congress Government at Centre and Delhi, BJP National Secretary Ms. Vani Tripathi said that both the Governments are exploiting the people of Delhi. The Central Government and Delhi Government are busy in the loot disregarding all the principles of democracy.  Due to price rise, corruption, terrorism and lack of public amenities 50% of the people of Delhi are starving.  Court has already termed the capital as the haven of rapists, but woman Chief Minister of Delhi did not care about it.  Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta has taken out Janasangharsh Yatra in entire Delhi only to solve the problems of two crore people of Delhi and dislodge the anti people Congress Government.  The way in which the people of Delhi are supporting this Yatra, it is evident that the Congress Government is taking its last breath.

Convenor of the Yatra Shri Yogender Chandoliya told that on the 8th day the Janasangharsh Yatra passed through Raja Garden, Raghubir Nagar, Madipur, Punjabi Bagh, Tagore Garden, Khyala, Vishnu Garden, Rajouri Garden, Subhash Arya, Hari Nagar, Nangal Raya, Janakpuri, Sitapuri, Milap Nagar, Vikaspuri, MBS Nagar, Tilak Nagar and concluded at Krishna Park near Ganesh Nagar Chowk.  Mayor Prof. Rajni Abbi, Legislators Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, O.P. Seventh day of Janasangharsh Yatra

Downfall of Congress has started from Mumbai will continue in MCD & in Lok Sabha Elections - Chandan Mitra, Vijender Gupta

BJP Senior Leader & MP Shri Chandan Mitra and Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta said in a big public meeting said that the downfall of the Congress Government has started with the results of Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections.  The downfall of Congress will continue in the elections to MCD, Delhi Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha also. The people of country and Delhi have rejected the Congress.  It has been exposed.  The country now wants change and the BJP will bring this change.  This yatra which started from Sagarpur flyover passed through five Assembly constituencies.  This yatra has now taken a form of mass mobilisation.  The people of Delhi want complete change and good governance without losing any time.  This was felt when large number of people both men & women came in support of the yatra and showered flowers and accorded unprecedented welcome to Shri Gupta.

Senior BJP MP Chandan Mitra said that the UPA Government is the Government of scamsters.  Now the CBI has also stated that 25 lakh crore rupees of black money are stashed in the foreign banks.  The Congress Government is not ready to bring back this money for the development of the country because this black money belongs to them who have ruled the country for 50 years.  To mislead the people small players like Suresh Kalamadi were sent to jail.  But according to the Shunglu Committee, CAG and other reports top leaders of the Congress Party and Government are involved in CWG bungling and 2G spectrum scam.  Due to this Congress Government is avoiding impartial enquiry.  When BJP will come to power then it will put the people who have looted the country and stashed away the black money in foreign banks, behind bars.

In course of the Janasangharsh Yatra, Shri Vijender Gupta stopped the Rath at various places and addressing the people who had turned out in large numbers told that it is unfortunate that sewer, water-power supply, comfortable transport, education, health facilities are not available in the capital of India.  The terrorists strike at will in Delhi and our security system is helpless.  Two crore people of Delhi are living in hellish conditions under Sheila rule.  Adding insult to injury Government says that the people of Delhi earn more and spend more.  Here the people have enough money.  Shri Gupta has raised the question to the Chief Minister that when the people of Delhi earned after putting hard labour, has the Congress Government right to loot their money?  70% of the total earning of the people of Delhi is taken away by Delhi Government in the form of water-power tariff, sewer surcharge, rent, tax, fee, fuel charges etc.  Government datas show that one crore people of Delhi do not get sufficient nutritious food.  Is not the Government responsible for it?
