BJP clams the statements of Sheila government are insufficient

Unauthorized colonies should be regularized immediately and basic amenities be provided to the people-Vijender Gupta 

BJP has requested the Central and Delhi government that it should stop playing the game of snakes and ladders with 50 lakhs people of more than 1600 unauthorized colonies of Delhi. In a time bound program all the basic amenities be provided so that the lakhs of people living in hellish conditions since years may be given opportunities to lead respectable life and there may be all round development of Delhi. 

BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta gave this statement in this contest of the statement of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit issued just after the defeat of the Congress party in MCD elections that all the basic amenities will be provided to the people of unauthorized colonies after there development. Shri Gupta told that the Central, Delhi government and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit have given such statements dozen times during the last years but there has been no change in the condition of these colonies. He told that the Congress should stop playing politics with the people of unauthorized colonies and should fulfill the promises made at the time of distributing provisional certificates distributed in 2008. This will be in the interest of Delhi and the people of Delhi. 

Pradesh President also demanded stern action against the people who obtained provisional certificates by submitting false documents of non existing colonies in connivance with land mafia and land scam of thousands of crores was committed, so that in future no land mafia or government official may commit bungling in the name of regularization of colonies. He told that on the one hand the government talks about regularization and on the other hand it commit bungling of thousands of crores in the name of regularization which shows that Delhi government is not doing justice to the 50 lakh people of Delhi. It consider these people as vote bank and secures votes by exploiting the sentiments and it forgets its promises after wining elections. 

Shri Gupta further told that the same is the conditions of slums of Delhi. Governments had promised that by the yeas 2014 there will no slum cluster in Delhi. Multi stories flats will be constructed in place of slum clusters. Even this promised is not being fulfilled. He has requested Delhi and Central government that they should treat 30 lakhs residents of slum clusters in human way and construct pucca flats to provide them respective life so that Delhi may become prospers city.
