Grant of bail to the BJP candidate Madhav Prasad demoralizes opponents

In a joint statement, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta & Chairman of the Election Management Committee Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra have said that grant of bail by the Court to the BJP candidate from Ward No. 71, Sangam Park Shri Madhav Prasad for elections to the MCD has proved that the opponents of BJP got a person murdered in order to spoil the peaceful atmosphere of the MCD elections. This incident has proved that the forces opposing BJP can commit heinous crime like murder in frustration. 

Both the leaders told that the learned Judge after hearing the petition Shri Madhav Prasad for bail decided that the case seems to be of political vendetta. The Court granted bail to Madhav Prasad on this ground. The Party facing defeat takes the help of crime and criminals during the election campaign. The Party which is in sight of victory adopts the way of peace, tolerance and cooperation. BJP also adopted the same way which will pave the wave for its victory.
