First day of Jansangharsh Yatra in Delhi

I have come out to wipe tears of two crore people of Delhi and help them to smile - Vijender Gupta

BJP Delhi Pradesh President started his Jansangharsh Yatra from Burari Chowk to Seelampur in midst of unprecedented enthusiasm of BJP workers and raising of thunderous slogans today.  The Leader of the Opposition Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra flagged off the yatra.  The workers and local citizens showered flowers in the way of yatra and welcomed it.  Welcome archs were constructed for the yatra at various places.  The workers had erected stage at every crossing, Mandals and Assembly Constituencies from Burari to Seelampur and welcomed the BJP leaders with Aarti.  On the both sides of the roads, the people, RWAs, Members of Market Associations welcomed the Yatra and raised slogans, waved their hands and said 'Bhajpa Aaegi Sankat Mitayegi'.

          A big public meeting was held before the start of yatra in which many vetern leaders of the Party were present.  The Mahant of Burari Hanuman Mandir presented Gada to him and asked Vijender ji to finish corruption of the Congress because the people of Delhi are badly suffering due to the atrocities of the Congress.  Shri Gupta told that I have come out to wipe tears of two crore people of Delhi and help them to smile.  I will not take rest till fear, hunger and corruption are not eradicated.

          He further told that BJP has started the movement and it will stop only after ending corruption, price spiral, terrorism and the rule of loot from the country.  The people of the country are hungry and the Congress is indifferent.  Anti people Congress Government has broken all the records of loot.  Delhi Government is awarding the corrupt people and honest Engineer is being assaulted openly.  Delhi is fully unsafe.  Mafia is ruling Delhi.  The common man has not been given right to lead a respectable life. 

          Chief Minister says that attack on honest Engineer is a common thing.  50 lakh people of unauthorised colonies are living in hellish conditions.  Congress Government committed bungling of thousands of crores in distributing provisional certificates in the name of regularisation of unauthorised colonies.  The Head of Games bungling Sheila Dikshit is scot free even after the reports of Shunglu Committee and CAG.  Lakhs of people are homeless.  Slums are increasing in Delhi and the Government is making false promises.  Government is looting the people by hiking the charges of water, power supply, sewerage etc. 

          Before flagging off the Janasangharsh Yatra from Burari Prof. Vijay Kumar Malhotra addressed the people present on this occasion.  He told that the terrorism is increasing in the country and the Congress Government, in place of curbing it is issuing such shameful statements for securing votes of a particular section that Sonia Gandhi wept after seeing the pictures of the terrorists killed in Batla House encounter.  Is the Congress avoiding to hang Afzal Guru and Qasab, due to this reason.  He further said that Amar Singh who was the key man in cash for vote deal, has stated that with the help of Sheila Dikshit he purchased 30 MPs by bribing them 30 crore rupees each and saved Manmohan Singh Government.  Why the Government is not ordering enquiry after this revelation?

          Organisation General Secretary Shri Vijay Sharma was present in the public meeting at Burari before the start of Janasangharsh Yatra.  The Convenor of Yatra Shri Yogender Chandoliya apprised the people about the various aspects of the Yatra.  Pradesh General Secretary Pravesh Verma conducted the programme.  SarvaShri Mange Ram Garg, Sahab Singh Chauhan, Srikrishan Tyagi, Mohan Singh Bisht, Shyam Lal Garg, Ramesh Bidhuri, Ashish Sood, Pawan Sharma, Vijay Jolly, Sardar R.P. Singh, Vishakha Shailani, Satish Upadhyay, Subhash Arya, Birender Juyal, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Narender Tandon, Urmil Chaudhary, Dr. Sambit Patra, Krishan Lal Dhillod, Raj Kumar Ballan, Shikha Rai, Atif Rasheed, Virender Sachdeva, Anuj Sharma, Ch. Mahek Singh, Bimla Tyagi, Gaurav Khari, Ram Kishan Bansiwal, Sita Ram Gupta, Mahender Gupta, Anil Goel, Abhey Verma, Surender Singh Shekhawat, Sanjay Sharma and many Pradesh Office Bearers, District Presidents, Mandal Presidents welcomed the Pradesh President.  Many of them addressed the meeting.  On its first day, the Rath Yatra started from Burari A.C. and passing through Timarpur A.C., Karawal Nagar A.C., Ghonda A.C. concluded at Seelampur A.C.  Pradesh General Secretary Pravesh Verma conducted the meeting at Burari.

          Today, Janasangharsh Yatra started from Burari main crossing and passing through Jharoda village, Hardev Nagar, Bhagwan Park, Sangam Vihar Pushta Road, Panchsheel Ashram, Yamuna Biodiversity Park, Main Road, Jagatpur, Mukherjee Nagar, Bhai Permanand Colony, GTB Nagar, Dhaka Chowk, Harijan Sewa Sangh, Kingsway Camp, Outram Lines, Haridham Dharamshala, Hudson Line, Vijay Nagar, Chrisitian Colony, Patel Chest, Delhi University, Malka Ganj, Kamla Nagar Market, Chandrawal Road, Subzi Mandi, Ghanta Ghar, concluded at Seelampur.  RWAs, Traders Organisations, Market Associations welcomed Shri Vijender Gupta riding on the Rath with band music and showering of flowers.  Pradesh President addressed the people on every crossing and welcome spot by stopping the Rath Yatra and got resolve from them that they shall dislodge the Congress Government of Delhi.
