Inauguration of primary schools in 4 villages constructed at the cost of 8 crores, public meeting

Congress Government is taking the help of false data to increase price spiral – Vijender Gupta

New Delhi, 31st January. In a grand ceremony today, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta inaugurated four newly constructed primary school buildings at the cost of rupees 8 crores in rural areas of Delhi. Addressing thousands of villagers, people of unauthorized colonies and other people present on this occasion, he told that BJP is committed to make Delhi fully literate and prosperous state. In order to realize this dream, BJP after coming to power in all the three Corporations has given highest priority to those areas which remained deprived of the facilities of education even after 65 years of independence.

Shri Gupta told that Congress Government is working against the interests of the people. All its decisions are against the people and increasing price spiral. For this purpose the Government is taking the help of false data. The Sheila Government of Delhi has announced for regularizing unauthorized colonies, but neither any house is being constructed nor registry of sale/purchase of land is being done. More than 70 lakh people live in the villages and unauthorized colonies of Delhi, but Delhi Government has treated them in step motherly way. Due to this uniform development of Delhi has been hindered and disparities have increased. This Government has encouraged inequality. After coming to power, BJP will make uniformed development of Delhi.
These school buildings have been constructed in Poonth Khurd, Punjab Khod, Salahpur Mazra and Jatkhor Villages where the structure were in dilapidated conditions. The children of these villages had to cover distance of many kilometers on feet for attending school. For the poor people education was like a dream. Now with the construction of new school buildings the children of these areas may be able to get high quality education in a good atmosphere.

In Poonth Khurd Village, there are 14 classrooms and four toilets in the primary school building constructed at the cost of 226.60 lakh rupees. In Punjab Khod the school has 10 classrooms and two toilets. This has been constructed in record time of ten months at the cost of 167.90 lakh rupees. Similarly, the school at Salahpur Mazra has 12 classrooms, one hall and two toilets and constructed at the cost of Rs. 214.10 lakh. The school of Jat Khod Village has nine classrooms and two toilets constructed at the cost of 124.90 lakh rupees.

Chief Guest of the inaugural function was Chairman of the NDMC Standing Committee Shri Yogendra Chandoliya and Smt. Rekha Gupta was the Special Guest on this occasion. Smt. Jag Roshani, the Chairperson of the Narela Ward Committee presided over the function. On this occasion people raised slogans “Bhajpa Jindabad”. The villagers showered flowers on the BJP leaders and thanked them.
