First meeting of the BJP Delhi Pradesh Executive Committee to be held tomorrow

BJP is going to raise the issue of the youth through the BJYM in the forthcoming elections-Goel

New Delhi, June 17th. First meeting of the BJP Delhi Pradesh Executive Committee is going to be held tomorrow under the Chairmanship of Pradesh President Shri Vijay Goel. This meeting which is going to be held before the forthcoming Assembly Election is very important. Senior BJP Leader Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi will inaugurate the meeting being held at Constitution Club and Organization General Secretary Shri Ramlal ji will address the members. General Secretary of the Party Shri Ananth Kumar will address the concluding session. 

All the Pradesh office-bearers, former Presidents, Leader of the Opposition in Delhi Legislative Assembly, Deputy Leader, Legislators and Permanent and Special Members shall also participate in this meeting. 

Yesterday a conference of thousands of BJYM Members under the banner of “Youth for Change 2013-14” was held in Talkatora Stadium which was addressed by BJP National President Rajnath Singh, Pradesh President Vijay Goel, BJYM National President Anurag Thakur and Pradesh Yuva Morcha President Gaurav Khari. 

Pradesh President Vijay Goel said that BJP is going to raise the issue of the youth through the BJYM in the forthcoming elections. Shri Goel announced that when we had come to power in 1967, we had opened 18 colleges. The same way, when BJP will come to power this time 15 new colleges shall be opened and scheme will be framed for opening evening classes in the colleges where no such classes are being held. 

Shri Goel told that we shall provide books and laptops to all the students at concessional rates. The youth should participate in large numbers. Hence it is necessary that, the youth gets adequate representation in the corporations, Assemblies and the Parliament so that the country may progress with the thinking of the youth. 

Shri Anurag Thakur told that Yuva Morcha will be strengthened in the entire country and the youth shall hold rallies to protest against price spiral and corruption. A political resolution will be adopted in the Executive Committee Meeting. Preparations shall be made for the forthcoming Assembly Elections and the party will finalize its vision. Outlines of the programmes for the next four months regarding Delhi will also be prepared.

Shri Gaurav Khari demanded that a Youth Commission should be formed in Delhi which will take care of the interest of the youth. Pollution free industries should be allowed in Delhi area and IT hub should also be constructed in Delhi for creating new opportunities of employment in Delhi.
