BJP President Shri Vijay Goel's reaction on petrol price hike: "This is
the fourth hike in petrol prices in last six weeks. This unabated hike in
petrol prices is deplorable as it will have cascading effect hitting common
people already reeling under back-breaking inflation. The Congress government
in Delhi should
roll back local duties and taxes to keep a check on petrol prices. The
Congress government can learn a lesson or two from the BJP government in Goa
which has successfully kept petrol prices very low by reducing local duties and
taxes."
