The way in which a five year old girl was kidnapped in
Delhi’s Gandhi Nagar and raped by her neighbor and the negligent
attitude of the police in registering the case and also in trying to suppress
it is very much condemnable.
South Delhi area, three men committed gang
rape of a nineteen year old Nepali’s young girl and abandoned her near Moti
Bagh. Similarly, in Najafgarh area also two and a half year old girl was raped.
In view of all these incidents is not it Balatkar Dilli.
