Congress Government directly responsible for the problem of infiltration in Assam – Nitin Gadkari
The border of India & Bangladesh is 270 kms long and
open. If concrete wall is erected and
live electrical current is passed on it then it will cost only 100 crores. Government commits corruption of thousands of
crores and spends thousands of crores on unnecessary works, but does not
consider it necessary to seal Indo-Bangladesh border. BJP President told that the country is not fiefdom
of any person. BJP always stands with
the Bodo, Schedule Tribes and the original inhabitants. He announced about providing clothes, food
grains, utensils, medicines, temporary shelters for the 4 lakh homeless people
of Assam
and also announced about Relief Fund.
Workers in large numbers voluntarily donated in a donation box on this
occasion.
Addressing the
people sitting on dharna, Shri Arun Jaitely told that Assam is burning due to the failure
of the Government. Now the balance of demography of Assam is in favour of illegal
Bangladeshis. These illegal Bangladeshis are burning the houses, industries of
the original inhabitants of Assam . They are also capturing their land by
force. More than 100 Schedule Tribes
have been killed in the violence since 6th July. 4 lakh people are living in relief camps, but
the Government is not serious about the problem. BJP has always demanded that
the illegal Bangladeshis should be deported out of India . But every Congress Chief Minister including
the Prime Minister are mum due to the greed of votes.
Incharge of BJP Delhi Pradesh Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu
told that the forces engaged in breaking India are encouraging illegal infiltrations. It is unfortunate that the Government is also
helping them in their conspiracy.
National General Secretary Shri Vijay Goel told that the Congress has no
will power to solve the problem of illegal Bangladeshis. Only the BJP will solve this problem.
