Shri Ajay Burman, Ajay Digpal, Neeraj Kumar, Abhay Kumar Verma had strongly opposed on the ground that the complainant is taking recourse to various excuses to avoid court proceedings. The Magistrate had granted the request for exemption without listening to the lawyers of the respondent. The lawyers of BJP Delhi Pradesh President had strongly opposed it and complained to the District Judge Shri R.K. Gaba against the Metropolitan Magistrate.

The Metropolitan Magistrate Miss Soumya Chauhan fixed 12th October, 2012 as the next date of hearing in this case and also issued notice to the Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit to personally appear in the court. Hence, BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Vijender Gupta and Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit shall face each other in the court tomorrow. The lawyers of Shri Gupta S.Shri Ajay Burman, Ajay Digpal, Abhay Kumar Verma, Neeraj Kumar etc. shall argue with the Chief Minister. On the other hand, BJP Delhi Pradesh President has clearly stated in the High Court that he will continue to oppose every anti people decision of the Chief Minister because it is his political, social and legal responsibility. He is the Pradesh President of main opposition party BJP.
